Merger of locations Bocholt and Rhede into the new HMT Hebing Maschinen-Technik GmbH

Merger between companies as of August 3rd, 2021

On August 3rd, 2021, a merger between the locations of operating companies HMT GmbH, Bocholt, HMT Baugeräte und Raumsysteme GmbH, Rhede with HMT Hebing Maschinen-Technik GmbH took place. The new HMT Hebing Maschinen-Technik GmbH at the “Rhede location site” has now 62 employees. They are into sales and production of flue gas fittings, special containers, construction equipment, lasered and folded parts as well as custom steel construction based customer specifications.

Move planned for 2022

At the beginning of 2022, the “Bocholt location site” (fittings and special container construction) will move to the 15km “Rhede location site”. The 10,000 sqm newly designed production facilities make a smooth integration possible. The “Engineering Competence Center” in Eisfeld, Thuringia will remain in its location.
